Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Shipping Information

Shipping times vary. Due to your order being custom made, sterilized grain products may require an additional 7-14 business days to process. Also please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by Money order. To order by Money order, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Shipping charges are calculated on a weight basis. We may substitute any carrier we want, as long as the shipping times are the same, or less. Primarily orders are shipped via UPS, or USPS. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.

Aseptic Guarantee

Culture products are sold with an aseptic and viability guarantee. Should you find your cultures to be nonviable or contaminated please contact us and we will make arrangements for replacement. Cultures are guaranteed aseptic for 30 days after receipt of purchase, should you find your culture unclean or contaminated please contact us and we will make arrangements for replacement.
